Tom & Deb & Violet

Lighthouse Pets, formerly known as Green Acres Kennel, located in Boscobel, Wisconsin is owned by Tom and Deb Gilbertson. Green Acres Kennel was started by Deb and her mother, Violet, in 1970. It was renamed by Tom and Deb in 2004 when they re-opened, in honor of their mothers who both loved and collected lighthouses. Tom's mother, Renada, passed away in 2002, but Violet is still collecting, lighthouses and pets.

Deb raised and groomed dogs most of her life and will add pages on grooming and general care of dogs and small animals. We are still raising a few beautiful puppies. Check our "Dog" page for availability.

Update: Violet had a stroke in January, 2007. She is at her home and our family is caring for her there.
